Clofarabine-5'-triphosphate trisodium is the metabolite of Clofarabine (HY-A0005) by deoxycytidine kinase (dCK) phosphorylation. Clofarabine-5'-triphosphate trisodium exhibits cytotoxicity in cancer cells through inhibition of DNA synthesis and DNA repair.
