In Vitro
Cucurbitacin K 2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside is inactive against A2780, HCT-8, Bel-7402, BGC-823, and A549 cancer cell lines with IC50 values greater than 10 μM[2].
Cucurbitacin K 2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (10 μM) does not inhibit TNF-α secretion from mouse peritoneal macrophages at 10 μM[2].
