生物活性
(+)-Tuberine (0.1, 1 μg/mL; 37°C; 24-48 h) inhibits the growth of S. aureus, B. subtilis, and E. coli in the disk diffusion assay; at 1 μg/mL, it produces inhibition zones of 10-15 mm against S. aureus and B. subtilis, while generating inhibition zones of 2-5 mm against E. coli[1].
(+)-Tuberine (1 μg/mL; 37°C; 24 h) significantly inhibits the growth of B. subtilis and S. aureus in the liquid culture plate count assay, with both dropping to below 106 CFU/mL at 24 h, while it only exerts weak inhibitory effects on E. coli[1].
(+)-Tuberine (0.1, 1 μg/mL; 37°C; 12 h) inhibits B. subtilis, E. coli, and S. aureus in turbidity assays, with inhibition rates of 84%, 48%, and 85% at 0.1 μg/mL, and 86%, 50%, and 94% at 1 μg/mL[1].
(+)-Tuberine (0.1, 1 μg/mL; 37°C; 24-48 h) inhibits the growth of S. cerevisiae in the disc diffusion assay, producing an inhibition zone of 6-10 mm at 1 μg/mL[1].
(+)-Tuberine (1 μg/mL; 37°C; 24 h) inhibits the growth of S. cerevisiae in liquid culture plate counting assays[1].
