KRAS G12V Peptide TFA
KRAS G12V Peptide TFA is a polypeptide and epitope derived from KRASG12V. KRAS G12V Peptide TFA forms a stable, high-affinity peptide-HLA class I complex, which is processed and presented by tumor cells and can be recognized by specific TCR. KRAS G12V Peptide TFA is applicable to research related to metastatic lung cancer.

KRAS G12V peptide TFA can be targeted by TCR-engineered CD8+ T cells, which mediate efficient, dose-dependent killing of KRASG12V+ tumor cells; among these, HLA-A*11:01-restricted TCRA11V exhibits faster killing kinetics, which correlates with higher abundance of cell-surface peptide-HLA complexes[1].
KRAS G12V Peptide (1 mM; 2 h pulsed, 16-24 h co-incubation) TFA does not induce cytotoxic activity against KV2 peptide-loaded T2KO-A1101 cells in primary T cells transduced with KDA11-01 and KDA11-02 TCRs[2].
KRAS G12V Peptide (1 mM) TFA does not induce detectable IFN-γ production in primary T cells transduced with KDA11-01 and KDA11-02 TCR[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
