L-Stepholidine (20 mg/kg, i.p., daily for 7-21 days) attenuates the maintenance of neurotransmitter-induced conditioned place preference (CPP) in rats[3].
L-Stepholidine (10-20 mg/kg, i.p., 30 mins before morphine injection) blocks neurotransmitter-induced re-acquisition of morphine CPP in rats[3].
L-Stepholidine (10 mg/kg, i.p.) rescues memory deficit and synaptic plasticity in APP/PS1 transgenic mice[4].
