In Vivo

Mc-Alanyl-Alanyl-Asparagine-PAB-MMAE (compound S6) (26.2 micro-rubbing/kg, IV, weekly for 4 weeks) suppresses tumor growth in mice bearing Panc-1 tumor[1].
