Moracenin C
Moracenin C is a natural prenylated flavonoid derivative that can be found in the root bark of Morus alba L. Moracenin C is also present in the stipes of Flammulina velutipes. Moracenin C is applicable to research on prenylated flavonoids and natural products.

Biological Activity
Moracenin C (compound 17) is isolated from the root bark of Morus alba L.[1].
Moracenin C exhibits no significant neuroprotective activity in the screening of glutamate-induced injury in R28 retinal precursor cells[2].
Moracenin C is detected in the aqueous extract of Flammulina velutipes (Enoki) stipes via LC-MS-QTof, and confirmed by comparison with retention characteristics in standard databases[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
