In Vitro
Mulberrofuran F (4.6-5.7 μg/mL) potently inhibits the growth of A549, A2780, Bel-7402, BGC-823, and HCT-8 human cancer cell lines with IC50 values ranging from 4.6 to 5.7 μg/mL[2].
Mulberrofuran F (0.78-6.25 μg/mL) inhibits the growth of multiple Gram-positive bacterial strains, including MRSA and MSSA, with MIC values ranging from 0.78 to 6.25 μg/mL[2].
