N-Lauroyl-β-alanine
N-Lauroyl-β-alanine (LMA-H) is a mild bio-based surfactant and amino acid derivative. N-Lauroyl-β-alanine is widely used in personal care and cosmetic formulations due to its ability to provide effective cleansing while maintaining excellent skin and eye compatibility. N-Lauroyl-β-alanine is a structural homolog of N-acylglycine and N-acyl-GABA, which are components in the mammalian brain.
