Oxybutynin-d10 hydrochloride
Oxybutynin-d10 hydrochloride is the deuterium labeled Oxybutynin (HY-B0267). Oxybutynin is an anticholinergic agent, which inhibits vascular Kv channels in a concentration-dependent manner, with an IC50 of 11.51 μM. Oxybutynin is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
