Pim-1 kinase-IN-16 (Compound 7k) (24 h) potently inhibits proliferation of HT29 colon cancer cells with an IC50 of 2.05 μM, demonstrates lower potency against PC3 and A549 cells (IC50 = 39.32 and 30.82 μM)[1].
Pim-1 kinase-IN-16 (10 μM; 60 min) inhibits PIM-1 kinase activity by 74.15%[1].
Pim-1 kinase-IN-16 (2 μM) induces necrosis and late apoptosis in HT29 cells[1].
