In Vitro

PROTAC KRAS G12D degrader 2 (PROTAC 1) (20-80 μM; 12-48 h) decreases SARS-CoV-2 3CLPro protein levels in HeLa cells[1].

Incubation Time: 12 h, 24 h, 48 h
Result: Observed a pronounced decrease in SARS-CoV-2 3CLPro levels.
Did not affect the cell viability.
