Biological Activity
The (R,S)-4-Hydroxycyclophosphamide-d4 preparation kit contains one vial of the oxidized precursor and one vial of the reducing agent (2.5 mg sodium thiosulfate).
Before use, add 0.5 mL of sterile water to the vial containing the reducing agent and mix until completely dissolved. Then, transfer the reducing agent solution to the vial labeled (R,S)-4-Hydroxycyclophosphamide-d4 and mix until dissolved; the resulting solution should be used immediately and not allowed to stand for an extended period.
