Verified Bioactivity
1.One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme required to cleave 1 nmol p-nitro-phenylphosphate (pNPP), in 1 minute at 37°C, pH 10.0. The specific activity is > 8500 U/mg.
2.Measured by its ability to cleave the fluorogenic peptide substrate, 4-Methylumbelliferyl phosphat. The specific activity is >10000 pmol/min/µg.
