Cadherin-3 Protein, Human (630a.a, HEK293, His) is a recombinant human Cadherin-3 (P-cadherin) produced in HEK293 cells, with His tag. Cadherin-3 is a classical cell-to-cell adhesion molecule with a homeostatic function in several normal tissues^[1].

Cadherin-3 (P-cadherin) is a calcium dependent cell-cell adhesion glycoprotein, which has a crucial role in the conservation of the structural integrity of epithelial tissues^[1].

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
