Biological Activity

Verified Bioactivity

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Mouse IFN-gamma R1 at 2 μg/mL can bind Biotinylated Recombinant Mouse IFN-gamma R2 in the presence of Recombinant Mouse IFN-gamma (HY-P7071). The ED50 for this effect is 0.7225 μg/mL.
