1.MFAP5 immobilized on CM5 Chip can bind TGFB1 (HY-P70543) with an affinity constant of 0.4752 μM as determined in SPR assay.
2.Immobilized Human TGFB1 (HY-P70543) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human MAGP-2/MFAP5 Protein, the ED50 for this effect is 0.8-0.9 μg/mL.
