TSLP Receptor Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His)

Customer Review

Based on 1 Customer Validation

TSLP Receptor protein is the receptor of TSLP and cooperates with IL7R to form a complex that activates STAT3 and STAT5 to stimulate cell proliferation. This receptor also activates JAK2, which is critical for the development of the hematopoietic system. TSLP Receptor Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived TSLP Receptor protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

Description

TSLP Receptor protein is the receptor of TSLP and cooperates with IL7R to form a complex that activates STAT3 and STAT5 to stimulate cell proliferation. This receptor also activates JAK2, which is critical for the development of the hematopoietic system. TSLP Receptor Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived TSLP Receptor protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

Background

The TSLPR Protein functions as the receptor for thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) and, in collaboration with IL7R, forms a functional complex that stimulates cell proliferation through the activation of STAT3 and STAT5. Additionally, the receptor activates JAK2 and plays a crucial role in the development of the hematopoietic system. The TSLPR receptor, existing as a heterodimer of CRLF2 and IL7R, is an essential component of the high-affinity ternary complex, where the binding of TSLP to CRLF2/TSLPR is a mechanistic prerequisite for the recruitment of IL7R, highlighting its pivotal role in intricate signaling pathways critical for cellular responses and hematopoietic development.

Verified Bioactivity

1. Immobilized Cynomolgus TSLPR, His Tag at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-TSLPR Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of <13.3 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
2. Immobilized Cynomolgus TSLPR, His Tag at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Cynomolgus TSLP, His Tag with the EC50 of 0.09-0.17 μg/ml determined by ELISA.
