Biological Activity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human VEGF121 at 10μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind human VEGFR2-Fc and the EC50 is 5-50 ng/mL. Measured in a cell proliferation assay using human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) and the ED50 is typically 3-15 ng/mL.

Stored at -20°C. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer. It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
