Rehmaglupentasaccharide B (0.2% (w/w); 48 h) promotes moderate proliferation of Lactobacillus reuteri, as measured by a ΔOD600 of 0.805 ± 0.0074 after 48 h of anaerobic culture at 37°C[1].
Rehmaglupentasaccharide B (10 μM) shows no cytotoxic activity against HCT-116, U251, HGC27, HepG2, and MCF7 human tumor cell lines, with an IC50 > 10 μM[1].
Rehmaglupentasaccharide B (10 μM) exhibits no excitatory effect on dopamine receptors in HEK293 cells, with an IC50 > 10 μM[1].
