E3 ligase ligand-linker conjugates are components of proteolysis-targeting chimeras (PROTACs). They consist of an E3 ubiquitin ligase ligand and a linker, and when conjugated with a target protein ligand (e.g., JQ1 binds to BRD4, Molibresib binds to BET proteins), they can be used to construct PROTACs for the ubiquitination and degradation of target proteins.
