Sulfo-Cy3-PEG3-biotin potassium is a biotin-modified derivative of Cy3 (Cyanine3) (HY-D0822) dye containing a TCO group. The TCO group of Sulfo-Cy3-PEG3-biotin potassium reacts with the tetrazine functional group in highly specific click chemistry to form a covalent bond. Thus, Sulfo-Cy3-PEG3-biotin potassium can be covalently bound to some biomolecules (especially antibodies, proteins, etc.) to track their location and dynamic changes in biological samples. And because it is labeled with biotin, it is often used in affinity chromatography experiments, such as immunoprecipitation.

Ac-Lys (Ac)-D-Ala-D-Ala-OH is a synthetic dipeptide analog that mimics the terminal structure of bacterial peptidoglycan chains. Ac-Lys (Ac)-D-Ala-D-Ala-OH serves as a molecular decoy to investigate the mechanism of action of Vancomycin-class antibiotics, and also acts as an affinity chromatography ligand for purifying proteins that bind to Vancomycin. Ac-Lys (Ac)-D-Ala-D-Ala-OH reduces the activity of Vancomycin against susceptible enterococci. Ac-Lys (Ac)-D-Ala-D-Ala-OH is applicable to the research of Vancomycin-resistant enterococcal infections .

Carboxylated magnetic microspheres (low nonspecificity) are functionalized nano- or micron-sized magnetic particles with abundant carboxyl functional groups on their surface. Special chemical treatments reduce the likelihood of nonspecific adsorption. This 1μm carboxylated magnetic microsphere features a core-shell structure: a PS core, an outer layer of iron oxide (Fe3O4), and an outermost encapsulation layer. The carboxyl groups are obtained through polymer modification. Exhibiting low nonspecific adsorption, these microspheres can covalently couple with bioligands such as peptides, proteins, antibodies, and oligonucleotides using specific chemical reagents (e.g., EDC), making them particularly suitable for cell sorting, affinity chromatography, and immunoassay.
