Cat. No.: HY-G0007S
CAS No.: 2749628-17-7
Synonyms: Omeprazole sulfone-d3; Omeprazole sulphone-d3
Omeprazole sulfone-d3 is the deuterium labeled Omeprazole sulfone. Omeprazole sulfone (Omeprazole sulphone) is one of the major circulating metabolites of Omeprazole (HY-B0113) in vivo, and belongs to class 4 non-mutagenic impurities. Omeprazole sulfone does not bind to the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR), nor does it induce the expression of CYP1A1 or CYP1A2. However, Omeprazole sulfone promotes the migration of gastric epithelial cells under basal conditions and reverses the inhibitory effect of Indomethacin (HY-14397) on cell migration. Omeprazole sulfone does not promote cell proliferation, nor does it upregulate COX-2 expression or activate signaling pathways such as ERK, P38 MAPK and PI3K. Omeprazole sulfone maintains basal ulcer healing under non-acid-dependent conditions and can be used in studies related to gastric ulcer repair .

AZM198 is an orally active myeloperoxidase (MPO) inhibitor. AZM198 irreversibly inactivates MPO (IC50=0.015 μM) via covalent binding to the heme prosthetic group, preferentially targets extracellular MPO activity, and reduces neutrophil extracellular trap formation, reactive oxygen species production and degranulation. AZM198 increases the fibrous cap thickness of atherosclerotic plaques, reduces lesion area, ameliorates hepatic steatosis and fibrosis in non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, and alleviates proteinuria and inflammatory infiltration associated with glomerulonephritis. AZM198 also decreases circulating levels of high-sensitivity Cardiac Troponin I and IL-1β, and mitigates endothelial cell injury. Therefore, AZM198 is suitable for research on various MPO-related diseases, including atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, myocardial infarction, ischemic stroke, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis and crescentic glomerulonephritis .

Kidneys are one of the vital organs in the human body. Due to their exposure to higher concentrations of circulating drugs or metabolites, they are highly susceptible to drug-induced renal injury (DIRI). According to statistics, drug-induced kidney injury accounts for approximately 20% of nephrotoxicity reports and can lead to acute kidney injury (AKI), chronic kidney disease (CKD), or even end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Early detection of drug nephrotoxicity is crucial for preventing irreversible kidney damage. Research into its mechanisms can help optimize clinical medication by adjusting dosages or avoiding combinations of nephrotoxic drugs. Additionally, predicting drug-induced nephrotoxicity in early drug development can reduce the risk of late-stage R&D failure.

MCE offers 160 nephrotoxicity compounds that have been clearly reported by the FDA to be associated with kidney injury. This library can be used for studying molecular mechanisms of nephrotoxicity or developing novel biomarkers.

Seglitide (MK-678) is an orally active, selective SSTR2 agonist and somatostatin analog. Seglitide also acts as a competitive Somatostatin receptor antagonist, with pA2 values of 6.50, 6.24 and 6.09 against SS14, SS25 and SS28, respectively. Seglitide produces only weak, transient inhibition of myocardial contractility in isolated right atria of guinea pigs. Seglitide inhibits glucagon secretion and reduces circulating insulin levels. Seglitide causes a sustained, reversible reduction in elevated systolic blood pressure in streptozotocin (HY-13753)-induced diabetic rats, but exerts no effect on spontaneously hypertensive rats. Seglitide induces membrane hyperpolarization and inhibits electrical excitability. Seglitide induces concentration-dependent contraction and significant desensitization in isolated distal colon of rats. Seglitide can be used in research related to hypertension complicated with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus .

HATC is a HIF-1α AUTAC degrader. HATC links HIF-1α to LC3 to form a ternary complex that undergoes degradation via the autophagy-lysosome fusion pathway. HATC induces dose-dependent HIF-1α degradation in multiple cell types. HATC reduces visceral fat accumulation, hepatic lipid deposition, senescent cell aggregation, and bone loss; alleviates age-related intervertebral disc degeneration, liver dysfunction, kyphosis, and alveolar dilation; decreases circulating lactic acid levels; improves physical performance; and reverses age-related changes in granulocyte proportions. HATC extends median and maximum lifespan, reduces transcriptomic age, and causes no obvious persistent toxicity. HATC can be used in the research of age-related diseases (pink: LC3 ligand (HY-50759); blue: HIF-1α ligand (HY-P10426); Linker: (HY-W008264)) .

AH-D peptide is a brain-penetrant antiviral agent disrupting highly curved lipid membranes. AH-D peptide exhibits broad-spectrum antiviral activity against ZIKV, Dengue virus, Chikungunya virus, yellow fever virus and Japanese encephalitis virus, with
IC50
values of 11.9, 12.5, 35.7, 206 and 136 nM, respectively. AH-D peptide reduces the viral load in the brain, suppresses inflammation, protects neurons, and does not damage the blood brain barrier. AH-D peptide restores antitumor immunity by decreasing circulating PD-L1 + exosomes, reducing intratumoral immunosuppressive cells (regulatory T cells, myeloid-derived suppressor cells), and enhancing T cell function. AH-D peptide inhibits membrane-enveloped viruses and cancer cell metastasis in vivo. AH-D peptide exhibits no immunogenicity and has negligible effects on normal tissues. AH-D peptide can be used for research in Zika virus and other mosquito-borne viruses, cancer immunotherapy and metastasis .

Rebaudioside D (Standard) is the analytical standard of Rebaudioside D. This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Rebaudioside D is an orally active sweetener that targets and activates FXR, modulates Acetyl-CoA Carboxylase, and inhibits 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-CoA reductase. Rebaudioside D regulates bile acid homeostasis and lipid metabolism, reduces the synthesis rates of fatty acids and cholesterol, and exerts multiple effects including anti-adipogenesis, hepatoprotection, anti-steatosis, gut microbiota modulation, enhancement of secondary bile acid metabolism, anti-endotoxin activity, regulation of bile acid transport, and inhibition of bile acid efflux. Rebaudioside D also reduces body weight gain, visceral fat accumulation, hepatic triglyceride and cholesterol accumulation, hepatic lipid peroxidation, and decreases the circulating level of lipopolysaccharide-binding protein. Rebaudioside D additionally enhances the secondary bile acid metabolic pathway of intestinal bacteria, upregulates the gene expression of ileal organic solute transporter α, and downregulates the gene expression of hepatic bile salt export pump. Rebaudioside D does not affect glucose homeostasis, alter total caloric intake or fecal energy excretion, induce weight gain, exacerbate obesity, promote hepatic steatosis, impair brown adipose tissue function, nor change skeletal muscle metabolism-related proteins. Rebaudioside D can be used in diet-induced obesity and obesity-related research .
