Steppogenin 7-O-β-D-glucoside (20 min; 37 °C) inhibits mushroom tyrosinase activity with an IC₅₀ value of 5.99 μM^[1].
Steppogenin 7-O-β-D-glucoside (64, 128 μg/mL; 24 h) shows no antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 29213, methicillin-resistant S. aureus ATCC 43300 (MRSA), Staphylococcus epidermidis ATCC 35984, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853^[2].
Steppogenin 7-O-β-D-glucoside (64, 128 μg/mL; 24 h) shows no antifungal activity against azole-resistant Candida albicans ATCC 10231^[2].
