Succinate dehydrogenase-IN-13
Succinate dehydrogenase-IN-13 is a succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor with an IC50 of 8.69 μM against Rhizoctonia solani. Succinate dehydrogenase-IN-13 binds stably within the succinate dehydrogenase active site to disrupt fungal respiration and energy metabolism, and induces hyphal distortion and mitochondrial damage in Rhizoctonia solani. Succinate dehydrogenase-IN-13 reduces intracellular ATP levels in Rhizoctonia solani mycelia. Succinate dehydrogenase-IN-13 can be used for the research of Rhizoctonia solani infection, Botrytis cinerea infection.

Biological Activity
Succinate dehydrogenase-IN-13 (Compound 3p) (0.63-50 μg/mL) potently inhibits mycelial growth of Rhizoctonia solani with an EC50 of 1.16 μg/mL, Botrytis cinerea with an EC50 of 5.05 μg/mL[1].
Succinate dehydrogenase-IN-13 (10 μg/mL; 2 days) induces severe morphological distortion, folding, and deformity in Rhizoctonia solani hyphae after 2 days of incubation[1].
Succinate dehydrogenase-IN-13 (10 μg/mL; 24 h) causes thickened cell walls and blurred mitochondrial cristae in Rhizoctonia solani mycelia after 24 h of treatment[1].
Succinate dehydrogenase-IN-13 (50 μg/mL; 2 days) reduces intracellular ATP levels in Rhizoctonia solani mycelia to 72% of the control after 2 days of incubation[1].
