Topoisomerase IIα-IN-1 (compound 2) shows antiproliferative activity in cancer cell lines (CCRF-CEM, CCRF-SB, MT-4, HT-29, MCF-7, HeLa, ACHN, SKMEL-28, and G-361), with IC50 values of 0.02, 0.02, 0.01, 0.003, 0.007, 0.005, 0.008, 0.002, and 0.001 μM, respectively[1].
