Topoisomerase IIα-IN-7 (Compound 53b) has cytotoxicity to MCF-7 cancer cell line, HepG2 cancer cell line and human embryonic kidney derived HEK293 cells with IC50 values of 0.15 µM, 0.13 µM and 2.1 µM respectively[1].
