Description

Xanthine oxidase-IN-16 is potent and orally active xanthine oxidase (XO) inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 102 nM. Xanthine oxidase-IN-16 shows significant efficacy in hyperuricemia rats^[1].

In Vivo

Xanthine oxidase-IN-16 (compound 12h; 10-40 mg/kg; po; once) exhibits a significant hypouricemic effect on Potassium oxonate (HY-17511)-induced hyperuricemia rats^[1].
