Protocol
1) Dilution: Use 20 mM Tris-HCl PH7.5 buffer to dilute the product. It is recommended to prepare and use it immediately.
2) Enzyme digestion: Add substrate in sequence to the reaction system, add 5mM MnCl2, adjust the pH to 6.0, mix well, add an appropriate amount of α1-2 Fucosidase, and incubate the sample at 37°C for 2-4 hours or overnight.
Note: The incubation time or enzyme amount needs to be adjusted according to actual conditions.
