Protocol
1) Dilution: Use 20 mM Tris-HCl PH7.5 buffer to dilute the product. It is recommended to prepare and use it immediately.
2) Enzyme digestion: Add substrate in sequence to the reaction system, add 5mM MnCl2, adjust the pH to 6.0, mix well, add an appropriate amount of α1-2 Fucosidase, and incubate the sample at 37℃ for 2-4 hours or overnight.
Note: The incubation time or enzyme amount needs to be adjusted according to actual conditions.

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
