Biological Activity
1-Acetamidonaphthalene (1-250 μg; 48 h) is weakly mutagenic to Salmonella typhimurium TA98 with metabolic activation, producing 0.15 net revertants per nanomole and is not mutagenic without metabolic activation[1].
