Biological Activity
3-Aminopropylphosphonic acid (0.1-100 μM) inhibits the binding of 3H-baclofen (a radiolabeled GABAB receptor agonist) in rat cerebellar membranes with an IC50 of 1.5 μM[1].
3-Aminopropylphosphonic acid can be used for the graft modification of mesoporous titanium dioxide powder, and its amino functional group affects the surface interaction and coordination mode[2].
