3-O-coumaroylasiatic acid (100 µM; 15 min pre-incubation with enzyme; 20 min reaction with substrate) inhibits α-glucosidase activity (inhibition rate = 81.3 ± 2.7%) and shows molecular docking scores of 6.2 (CtMGAM) and 5.3 (NtMGAM)[1].
