Anti-CD3 Antibody (OKT-3) (1 μg/mL, 24-36 h) decreases CD4+ and CD8+ T cell numbers in huCD3ε^HET cells^[1].
Anti-CD3 Antibody (OKT-3) (1-1000 ng/mL, 2 h) leads to the marked proliferation in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells^[2].
