Anti-Mouse CD132 (common γ chain) Antibody (3E12) (1 mg, every other day) results in severe block in both B cell and thymic T cell development companied with 4G3 antibody in XSCID mice models[1].
Anti-Mouse CD132 (common γ chain) Antibody (3E12) (10 mg/kg, i.p., at days 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14) prevents the onset and development of type 1diabetes in cyclophosphamide (HY-17420)-induced non-obese diabetic mice[2].
Anti-Mouse CD132 (common γ chain) Antibody (3E12) (0.5 mg, i.p., at days 2 and 4 after transfusion) prolongs graft survival companied with 4G3 and TUGm2 antibody in H-Y skin transferred mice[3].
Anti-Mouse CD132 (common γ chain) Antibody (3E12) (300 μg/mouse, i.p., at days 6 and 7 after transplantation) abrogates the expansion advantage of OT-I tumor-infiltrating T lymphocytes companied with anti-CD122 (HY-P990808) in Ptgs1/Ptgs2−/−BRAFV600E melanoma mice models[4].
