Anti-Mouse CD122/IL-2Rβ Antibody (TM-Beta 1) (50 μg, i.p., 1 day before induction) blocks IL-15 and aggravates EAE severity in MOG-induced experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) mice models[1].
Anti-Mouse CD122/IL-2Rβ Antibody (TM-Beta 1) (200 μg, i.p., weekly from 5-15 weeks of age) decreases the frequency of mice that developed diabetes and delays the disease onset in not obese diabetic mice models[2].
Anti-Mouse CD122/IL-2Rβ Antibody (TM-Beta 1) (500 μg, i.p., before and 4 days after infection) depletes natural killer (NK) cells and NKT cells in Neospora caninum infection mice models[3].
Anti-Mouse CD122/IL-2Rβ Antibody (TM-Beta 1) (300 μg/mouse, i.p., at days 6 and 7 after transplantation) abrogates the expansion advantage of OT-I tumor-infiltrating T lymphocytes companied with anti-CD132 (HY-P990292) in Ptgs1/Ptgs2−/−BRAFV600E melanoma mice models[4].

Biological Activity
  • Flow cytometric analysis of 1×106 Jurkat cells labelling CD122 (red) with Anti-Mouse CD122 Antibody (HY-P990808). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P8002) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Rat IgG2b kappa Isotype Control (HY-P990682, blue) was used as the isotype control.
