Anti-Mouse CD40 Antibody (FGK4.5/FGK45) (200 μg at day 0 and 100 μg at day 3, 7, 10, i.p.) inhibits tumor growth and prolongs survival in CT26/MC38 tumor mice models[1].
Anti-Mouse CD40 Antibody (FGK4.5/FGK45) (100 μg, i.p., 1 day after infection) enhances CD8+ T cell response and dendritic cell maturation in vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV)-infected mice models[2].
Anti-Mouse CD40 Antibody (FGK4.5/FGK45) (100 μg, i.v., at day 0 and 1) promotes the accumulation of immunogenic macrophages and abrogates the induction of tolerance in vascularized heart transplanted mice models[3].
