In Vivo
Anti-Mouse IL-21R Antibody (4A9) (25 mg/kg, i.p., every the other day from day 35) suppresses fecal C. rodentium-specific IgA and inhibited bacterial clearance in C. rodentium infected mice models[2].
Anti-Mouse IL-21R Antibody (4A9) (140 μg, i.p., at days -2, 0, 1, 3, and 5 of induction) alleviates imiquimod-induced psoriasis-like skin lesion in imiquimod-induced psoriasis mice models[3].
