Anti-Mouse L-Selectin/CD62L Antibody (Mel-14) (200 μg, i.p., single dose) significantly inhibits the migration of B cells in CD57BL/6 mice injected with low-density bone marrow (LDBM)^[1].
Anti-Mouse L-Selectin/CD62L Antibody (Mel-14) (250 μg, i.p., single dose) effectively reduces the number of precursors (preDCs) in wild type CD57BL/6 mice^[2].
Anti-Mouse L-Selectin/CD62L Antibody (Mel-14) (100 μg, i.p., twice a week, from 3 to 8 weeks or from 1 to 10 weeks) significantly reduce the incidence of diabetes in NOD-Nk mice with a diabetes model^[3].
Anti-Mouse L-Selectin/CD62L Antibody (Mel-14) (200 μg, i.p., single dose) inhibits parasitic infections in BALB/c mice with a Leishmania major infection model^[4].

Animal Model:	LDBM and LPS (HY-D1056) induced CD57BL/6 mice (8-10 weeks)^[1]
Dosage:	200 μg
Administration:	Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), single dose
Result:	Significantly inhibited the migration of B lymphocytes to regional lymph nodes, but did not affect the migration of granulocyte-macrophage progenitor (GMP) to regional lymph nodes.

Result:	Caused mild swelling and healing of the foot pad, while the control group experienced severe foot pad swelling. Reduced parasites in the spleen and lymph node (LN) by 100-10000 times. Increased the level of IFN-γ and reduced the level of IL-4 in the spleen and LN. Gived mice long-lasting resistance to secondary infections
