Western blot analysis was performed on extracts from Recombinant c-Myc-Tag protein-10ng (lane 1, 10 ng), Recombinant c-Myc-Tag protein-5ng (lane 2, 5 ng), Recombinant c-Myc-Tag protein-2ng (lane 3, 2 ng), Recombinant c-Myc-Tag protein-1ng (lane 4, 1 ng), Recombinant c-Myc-Tag protein-0.5ng (lane 5, 0.5 ng), and Recombinant c-Myc-Tag protein-0.1ng (lane 6, 0.1 ng) using c-Myc Tag (9E10) Mouse mAb (HRP). Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non - fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. The primary antibody (1:5000 dilution) was incubated in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 1 hour at 37°C.
