  • Western blot analysis of extracts from HepG2 (lane 2(20μg), RAW264.7 (lane 3(20μg) and C6 (lane 4(20μg) using Glucose Transporter GLUT3 (HY-P83177) Rabbit mAb. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80438, 1/10000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1/10000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Function：Facilitative glucose transporter (PubMed:26176916, PubMed:32860739, PubMed:9477959). Can also mediate the uptake of various other monosaccharides across the cell membrane (PubMed:26176916, PubMed:9477959). Mediates the uptake of glucose, 2-deoxyglucose, galactose, mannose, xylose and fucose, and probably also dehydroascorbate (PubMed:26176916, PubMed:9477959). Does not mediate fructose transport (PubMed:26176916, PubMed:9477959). Required for mesendoderm differentiation (By similarity)
