Amisulbrom can inhibit the cytochrome-bc1 complex of the mitochondrial electron and induce mitochondrial dysfunction. Amisulbrom can induce cell apoptosis, ROS production and cause G2/M phase arrest. Amisulbrom shows cardiovascular toxicity to zebrafish. Amisulbrom can be used for the researches of infection and cardiovascular disease.
