Product Information
Cathepsin B is a lysosomal enzyme consisting of one light chain (Lys1-Arg49) and one heavy chain (Val50-Thr253). It is a lyophilized powder stabilized with sodium phosphate, sodium chloride, and EDTA.
Instructions
Soluble in 20 mM sodium acetate buffer containing 1.0 mM EDTA and 5.0 mM L-cysteine, or as described in the literature for specific experiments. Fresh preparation is recommended.
