FLAD1-IN-1 (Compound C4-31) directly inhibits wild-type recombinant FLAD1 protein activity, with its binding dependent on the FLAD1^G487 residue of FLAD1^[1].
FLAD1-IN-1 (~1-~100 μM; 48 h) selectively inhibits the viability of hypoxic PC9 lung cancer cells with greater potency than in normoxic PC9 cells^[1].
