Biological Activity
Guide (Following is our recommended protocol. This protocol only provides a guideline, and should be modified according to your specific needs).
Labeling of Human Sperm Cells:
[2] 1. Incubate the cells according to your normal protocol.
2. Load cells with 5 μM Fura-FF in 1 mL Hepes-buffered human sperm (H-HSM) medium at 36 °C for 40 min.
3. Wash the sample by centrifugation and scatter cells in disposable centrifuge tubes at 107 cells in 3 mL of H-HSM and maintained at 36 °C.
4. Immediately measure fluorescence recordings.
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
