Actividad biológica
Descripciòn
In Vitro
Ale-a12K4 is conjugated with the bone-binding small molecule alendronic acid (HY-B0631) to serve as an inducer of bone-targeted mRNA expression; when formulated into lipid nanoparticles, it enhances mRNA expression in the femur and tibia and improves the specificity of mRNA expression within bone tissue[1].

RNA extraction experimental
By lysing cells, releasing RNA, and removing impurities such as proteins and DNA, high-purity RNA products are finally obtained. The commonly used traditional method is the guanidine isothiocyanate/phenol/chloroform method (Trizol), which is suitable for a variety of animal materials including animal tissues, microorganisms, cultured cells, etc., and most plant materials.
