Animal Model:Subcutaneous and orthotopic xenograft mouse models of non-small cell lung cancer[1]

Dosage:19.5 mg/kg, every other day, four injections

Result:Induced tumor cell apoptosis to 30-40%, reduced tumor cell proliferation by 8 times, significantly reduced tumor microvessel density (MVD), and inhibited tumor mitosis.
