Glutathione-S-Transferase, Rat possesses multiple catalytic activities, including catalytic detoxification and thiol transfer, as well as molecular chaperone functions. The Glutathione-S-Transferase, Rat isoform GSTP1 is highly expressed in malignant tumors and serves as a tumor biomarker.
