GSK-3β inhibitor 27 inhibits tau hyperphosphorylation, reduces Aβ protein aggregation and possesses metal chelation and neuroprotective potential. GSK-3β inhibitor 27 is promising for research of neurodegenerative diseases (such as Alzheimer’s disease).
