HIV-1 inhibitor-54 (compound 4c) has potent activities against reverse transcriptase (RT) HIV-1 mutants E138K, K103 N, Y188L, Y181C, F227L+V106A and L100I with EC50 values of 0.080, 0.52, 0.67, 0.84, 2.7 and 3.3 μM, respectively[1]. HIV-1 inhibitor-54 inhibits WT HIV-1 RT activity with an IC50 value of 12 μM[1].
