Jingsongling
Jingsongling is a Xylazine analog and anesthetic agent. Jingsongling causes bradycardia and hypertension by mediating α2-adrenoceptors. Jingsongling inhibits canine gastric motility through mediation of α1 and α2 adrenergic receptors.

Key unresolved questions include which inflammatory signals are reparative versus harmful, when fibrosis is protective versus maladaptive, and whether pathway inhibition improves function without weakening necessary infarct healing or compensatory remodeling.
